My team and I are deeply passionate about empowering individuals and teams to unlock their true potential.

My journey has been one marked by dedication and excellence. As the former Olympic Performance Director with the Canadian Olympic Team, I've had the privilege of gaining experience at nine Olympic Games.
As a high-performance sports director, I work with athletes and coaches to continuously elevate their performances to new heights.
As a UCSD certified mindfulness instructor and coach and currently finalizing a certification in Elite Athlete Well-being through the Wellbeing Science Institute at Loughborough University, my commitment to staying at the forefront of holistic coaching is is an integral aspect of my lifelong pursuit.
