Hi, I'm Derek, Head of Performance ​Well-being and Mindfulness.


My team and I are deeply passionate ​about empowering individuals and ​teams to unlock their true potential.

My journey has been one marked by dedication and excellence. As the former Olympic ​Performance Director with the Canadian Olympic Team, I've had the privilege of ​gaining experience at nine Olympic Games.


As a high-performance sports director, I work with athletes and coaches to continuously ​elevate their performances to new heights.


As a UCSD certified mindfulness instructor and coach and currently finalizing a ​certification in Elite Athlete Well-being through the Wellbeing Science Institute at ​Loughborough University, my commitment to staying at the forefront of holistic coaching ​is is an integral aspect of my lifelong pursuit.
